I’m Benjamin Courchaine, usually BJ. I work at the intersection of communications, storytelling, and practical creative thinking.

My background includes public relations at Amazon, digital PR at Gambling.com Group, content production at KEWL Productions, freelance work, and employee communications at Bosch.
Across those settings, the starting point stays consistent: understand the audience, decide what matters, and make the message clear enough to use.
Practical about AI
I bring familiarity with ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, along with AI training, to communications work. My interest is practical: where these tools can help with exploration, drafting, and organization, and where human judgment needs to lead.
That includes careful review of accuracy, tone, context, and the information that belongs in an approved tool.
A foundation in communication
I earned one Bachelor of Arts degree with a dual major in Theatre and Communication/Media Studies at the University of Minnesota Duluth.
